Milky Ice Cubes

Milk has alpha hydroxy acids, which are clarifying and serve to tone and tighten the skin. The beta hydroxy acids are exfoliating, so by freezing milk in your ice trays, you can pop out the exfoliating cubes in case of a blemish emergency. Blemishes, if squeezed, can leave a discoloration in that area of the skin. Exfoliation can help that to fade, creating a desired, monochromatic skin tone. The ice is cooling and causes vasoconstriction (shrinking of the blood vessels) and minimizes swelling or irritation from the blemish. Milk is an excellent exfoliant. As the skin ages, our natural ability to exfoliate slows down, leaving a buildup of dead skin cells. Milky Ice Cubes can help you reveal younger, brighter skin! Milk, topically, does a body good.
